- Inaccurate or incomplete recipient addresses provided by the client.
- Incorrect shipping label information, including weight, dimensions, or package contents.
- Failure to comply with carrier-specific labeling requirements and regulations.
- Missing or illegible barcodes, tracking numbers, or shipping information.
- Non-compliance with hazardous materials shipping regulations or restricted item policies.
- Undeclared or misrepresented package contents that violate carrier or customs regulations.
Label Verification: While FulDeck performs reasonable quality checks on shipping labels, we do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by clients. Clients must verify all label information before submission. Any corrections required due to client-provided errors may incur additional fees.
Carrier Compliance: Clients are responsible for ensuring their shipments comply with all applicable carrier regulations, including weight limits, dimension restrictions, and prohibited items. FulDeck is not liable for shipments rejected or delayed by carriers due to non-compliance.
Data Protection & Confidentiality
